Well I made a noob mistake and dipped 3 acros in fw. They almost instantly turned white and have been like that for a week. Their polyps are actually still coming out so I don't believe they are dead just very stressed and bleached. What can I do to help them? Turn my leds up or down? I turned them down thinking it might help but it is affecting my other sps, so should I turn them back up? They were only on 35% to start with and right now only on 20% please help so maybe I can save it.

Make sure they are on the very bottom of the tank with dim light (but not no light). That, and keeping your tank stable are the only things you can do. Most won't come back from something like this and if they do it will take quite a while.

Several years ago I changed from LEDs to T5s too quickly and bleached all of my SPS in one of my tanks (About 10 of them). I put them in the bottom of the tank and only one came back. The rest turned into skeletons that now sit in my coral graveyard in the basement. :-/

What you want is for them to brown out to an ugly boring brown color. Then you can slowly move them up and they will slowly go get their color back. Some reefers claim that they will come back far brighter than they ever were.

If there are will polyps they can definitely come back. Put our LEDs back as they were and put the acros in the bottom. Give them a month or two

Here is a pic of my first acro I bought. Loved it being white but changed to its true color and still my favorite one.
