Tl;dr: how is my bleached anemone recovery doing? Day 1 vs day 25ish pics below.
Hi guys. A short history, I've gone to this forum many a time as a guest for info regarding saltwater keeping and today I've decided to join. I'm aware there's an introduction thread I'll probably go post there too.
But for the topic at hand, I've had this tank about 8 months now. It's been fowlr for that duration. About 3-4 weeks ago I decided to take the scary plunge to keep a bta.
I went to petco (there's a LFS in a nearby mall that's only open on weekends, just throwing that in) and noticed a white anemone that caught my eye. A novice mistake maybe but I'm a total newbie at this so don't be too hard on me
I did a lot of research on bleached anemones after putting him in and I've been feeding him clam and shrimp slices about every 3 days. I've had it going on a month now. I just wanted to know if, according to you guys, the anemone is well on its way to recovery.
Attached are pictures of it in day 1 (fig 1), the current state of it (fig 2, 3) and A picture I took of my clown enjoying it's company (fig 4 ).
