Bleached coral help

Hi all I’m in the process of recovering my corals after some major mistakes I’ve done. My bleached torch is now opening up not fully but more than usual. One thing I’ve notice is while it does open it tucks in roughly 5-6 hours in the light cycle. I have my lights on for 8 hours and moon lights for 2hours. Should I reduce my light schedule to promote healing?

What fixture are you using?

Can you decrease intensity?

Thank you! I’m currently using the marine orbit. At 50% blues and 30% whites. I want to switch to a kessil 160 but wanted to give the coral some time to heal before I swap out the lights
