Bleached dragon breath

Hi guys, so while I was doing a water change two weeks ago I accidentally left my refugium light on 24/7
Yesterday I corrected this mistake, my cheato shrink and was covered with algae so I just tossed it but the dragon breath was some what the same size but just looked like bleached. There is still some color deep inside it.
Should I leave the lights off until it gets better, or should I just give it a couple of hours of light a day. Before it was getting about 12 hours of light

Just get it back to its normal schedule. You clearly have a lot of light in the sump. I can leave mine in for long periods with no issues.

I set it back to normal hours so hopefully it will bounce back
