Bleached Montipora

Does my Montipora look like its going downhill. Polyps are still blooming but when i got it, it was much more vibrant. im using a Kessil 360N. I have it mid tank

Did you acclimate the coral to the LEDs? What lights was it under when you bought it?

yea ive had it for 5 months..But i moved it higher

just a little bit higher and it was good for about a month. It started gettin lighter

Hey mad reefer , in kinda having the same problem. My phos .75 and I have it 3 inches from the top. I have t5 one actinic is blown and the lamp is about5 in from top and I have a glass top I it

The monti is in the top right just about next to the shell. Where would you put it. Tomorrow I'm thinking of changing scape into 2 island. And wanna know what's the best spot u think to put it ?! Any advice is good. Please and thank u

I use SeakKlear, its a phosphate remover used for pools, so using just alittle bit of this in our tanks, like a capful, removes a ton of phospahtes. I use 2 capfuls a week. At first it binds it up, and looks stringy, but once you've gotten them down, it doesn't happen.
If you just moved it 2" before and closer to the powehead, and it was fine, then i'd definitely move it back there.

Nice tank btw. You ever think about painting the background all black with non toxic Acrylic paint. Would look really nice.
