Hi all, I have a strawberry basslet that was a very beautiful bright color when I got it but has since gotten almost completely white. I am guessing there is something in its diet that I am missing. I feed my fish and corals with pellets, oyster feast, krill, mysis and seaweed salad. Does anyone know what I'm missing from his diet that is making him lose his color?

How long have you had this fish?
Stress and illness will affect a fishes coloration.
Sounds like you're providing a adequate diet, is the fish actively feeding?
You can try some Selcon and I would, it certainly will not hurt anything.

I have had it about 6 months. He seems perfectly healthy and eats well but just has lost all its color for some reason. I will try and get some Selcon.

You're very welcome.
