Bleached ricordia mushroom?

I was just wondering if this orange ricordia looked bleached. Other than the orange it seems pretty white Thanks.

Yup, it is bleached

Yes put it in a shaded area so it helps it get the color back

Was it ever a deeper color? Sometimes when their small the color isn't fully developed and look this way. All my baby Yumas are light in color until they are about 1/2" to 3/4".

Believe it or not, most Ricordea will readily accept food. I have the best luck with LPS pellets. Try dropping a few near its mouth and see if it curls up around them. Food is energy, and a healing coral almost always (overfeeding can cause rotting) benefits from it.
