Bleached rock, must have used too much bleach

I had turf algae or what appeared to be an excess of algae and it wasn't the algae that looks like troll hair all wavy, it was brittle to the touch and the cleaners would not clear it. Nitrate was around 30-40 but even after water changes and such it still was all over the rocks. I soaked them in 5 gallon buckets using bleach and water. I have rinsed them and sprayed them many times and still smell bleach, did I ruin the rock? Is there a way to clear the bleach from them? I do not own a preassure washer so only used a hose for the spraying and the buckets were filled and emptied 5 times thus far.... Please help. Any advice would be appreciated.

When I bleached my rocks I soaked them in declorinator after rinsing with fresh water. I then let them dry and the smell still persisted. I set up my tank with those rocks and everything has been fine.

Welcome to R2R!
Put it back in 5 gallon buckets with RO/DI and Seachem Prime or equivilent for a week with circulation. They will be fine.
