Bleaching an observation tank

I would think hydrogen peroxide would be much safer although maybe not as effective.
Makes sense yet I need it to be 100% effective and why initial thoughts was running bleach as I can run the entire system thereby cleansing everything including filtration and pumps. Hoping a dechlorinator would then nullify the bleach. Hoping probably more like wishing then being realistic and why I ask.

There appear to be some lab grade calcium hypoclorite products out there - I would not use pool shock or anything (even though I do use driveway melt, so hmmm....) Also some lab grade sodium hypochlorite products. Either of these feel better than household bleach to me. I am sure that Dr. RHF will chime in when he gets a chance and we probably all are guessing until he does.

Rabbit hole the bleach but I'm sure Randy has a better option. Although it might just be the lab grade option of the items you mentioned. I want to believe this is an option. Observation tank going on my desk and I'd like to make more appealing than ten gallon with grey elbows.
