I bight this colony last week and put it to the the sand bed with low light and low flow for aclimating. I noticed it doen't do to well and the bottom lost the color. I moved it up to middle tank under 100-150 intensity. My nitrate goes up and down from 7-5 in last week. I dose NOPOX 2 ml everyday to bring it down slowly. Does anyone know what happen to my acro and give me some advices.
Kh: 8
Cal: 440
Nitrate: 4
Phostphase: 0

The one next to my welso is when I bought it and the second in is my acro today.

Try rasing it up higher on the rock work to give it more light. Was this colony wild or tank grown?

I did move to the middle tank and raise my intensity up to 200 par. The colony is tank grown

All coral will adapt to available light spectrum. They will change color, slightly or dramatically. Can't really always control that.

Before rasing it higher, try upping your P04 a little. Hold your N03 between 5-10ppm. Give it time.

I'm not sure my po4 at 0, but i believe it should be low due to GFO. Is my nitrate tomgigh that make acro suffer. If the nitrate go down to fast , is it effect my sps. All my LPS really happy except my acro colony. It look amazing when i bought at from Store but it only last for 2 days and all polyps don't come out too much like it used to be
