Hello everyone. I’ve finally hit the point of upgrading my tank. Currently I have a 75 gallon tank with a 40 gallon breeder as a sump. It has about 110 pounds of live rock in it. I just bought a used tank. I can’t remember off the top of my head but it was either 100 gallon or 110. The new sump is going to be a 55. I will be doing a build thread on it when i get enough parts to start it. I need to take some of the rock over from my 55 gallon. My question is is it worth bleaching my rock before I move it over? I really don’t want to loose all of the microfauna. But I do have aptasia and hydroids. What would everyone else’s decision be? Thank you, John

leave it in freshwater for a few days...it may take care of the aptasia , but not kill off the coralline entirely...I've done it a few times, most of the time it works
