I need a little help here. I have a well established tank levels are all great, salts at 1.022. Weekly RO water changes. Running Kessil Tuna Blues and a cheap eBay saltwater led lights for night lights. Everything was doing great and then about a month ago the tangs (yellow, purple ) started looking a little dull then the rock carpets, now some of the zoas are all looking kinda bleached with not much colors. The other fish are looking fine all are eating fine. All invertes are doing great, mandarin is all ok. Just can't figure it out. Any advice where to start?? Thank you. I have included a few pictures if they might help.

Your salinity is too low, what are your cal/alk/mag levels at?

My LPS bleaches out when nitrate gets too low.

I agree....I would start by bringing your SG up closer to 1.025. In addition to what Bronx stated, I would check both nitrates and phosphates also. Low nutrients and bright lights can cause your issues.

Thanks for all the replies. My nitrate is at 0-5. As for as alk/mag/phosphates I will post those as soon as my kits come in. I will be working over the weekend to bring my salts up. I got a question my lfs sold this to us (see picture) and said to use is 2 times a week as well as a buffer once a week. I told him the only buffer I had was KENTwhat I got with my tank about 7 yes ago. He said that as long as it wasnt clumped in the container it's still fine. Is any of this accurate? I haven't used this yet nor the buffer. My ph hangs around 8.4ish.

I am not sure why they want you to add a buffer....especially when your PH is already around 8.4 and holding steady. I am not familiar with that Brightwell product, but until you do your water tests, I would hold off on dosing that as well since it contains both Ca and Alk.
