We just purchased a tank full of corals and noticed this scolys mouth appears to be receding. No clue if it’s damaged, ticked off or what’s going on. Any tips or tricks to get this one happy again? Sitting in low light and low flow now.

Food, shade, any inverts or crabs?
As far as it being in another tank, there was multiple crabs and inverts prior. It was sitting under a T5 in their tank and we have AI 26's that are about 2 1/2' up from it. I did feed reef roids this eve and it puffed up but didn't see its mouth close or it get any bigger. Should it be moved to a darker location or would that cause more damage at this point?

Watch for any invert or crabs, watched my skunk shrimp eat my scoly alive... at this point just try to keep the tank as stable as possible and try to keep your hands out of the tank. Although, try to come back after lights are off to nah e see it’s hungry, and feed it 3-4 mysis shrimp. IME, scolys love meatier food.
