Bleeding Apple Scoly Opinions?

I've had this discounted scoly for just over 2 weeks now and I think there's a little overall improvement with its tissue recision. First picture is how it looked when I got it

It seems very healthy, but I just wanted to know that if I were going to lose this guy, would I know by now? Is 2 weeks enough time to sort of gauge that?

Also, how often should I be target feeding this guy? I can't get a concensus on that.

Sorry, I should've taken pictures from more angles, and you can actually still see the skeleton on the damage up top as well, but again, it did look a bit worse before.

What should feed it
I feed them meat based pellets. Definitely looks like it's adjusting well to your tank and beginning to expand its flesh over the skeleton. They take quite awhile to heal, but it should recover well.
