Blenny possibly dying...need advice quuickly

Same exact thing with my blenny. Was fine for months. I removed a powder blue tang and all of a sudden it was like his best friend was gone. He went into hiding in a rock and didn’t even come out to eat. My theory is that the powder blue kept some Talbots damsels in check, and removing him disrupted the hierarchy.
