Blenny/royal dottyback cohabitation?

I'll start off by giving some info on my tank. I have a 125 gallon tank with a 20 gallon sump. Right now just live sand live rock, no corals. Current stock includes...

Royal dottyback
2 black clowns
Foxface lo
2 firefish
2 blue green chromis
Green bubble tip anenome (which the ******* clowns refuse to go near)
Coral banded shrimp
Yellow tang & blue tang (currently still in quarantine)

I was looking to pick up some blennys, particularly 3 tail spot blennys. My question is would the royal dottyback (or any of these fish for that matter) be aggressive towards the blennys? The royal dottyback can be quite aggressive, in fact I had to recently take a six line wrasse out of the tank because the dottyback would not leave it alone, but I know these two typically fight often. The dottyback doesn't bother any of the other fish. He was put in before the 2 firefish I have and within a day he stopped bothering them, so I am not sure why he was so merciless with the wrasse. I just want to make sure that if I purchase these blennys they aren't going to be subject to mass bullying by the dottyback, this is also why I wanted 3...strength in numbers.

Putting 3 in may diffuse aggression, but it may not. Dottybacks are more aggressive towards fish that want to hang out around the rocks.

I am surprised it left my filefish alone. I really want these blennys, but I am not sure the dotty back will leave them be. The Dottyback is small so the blennys would be bigger and there would be more of them, but I'm not sure.

There will almost definitely be aggression in the beginning but blennies tend to hold their own. A bite from one of the blennies should make the dottyback back off. I have a neon dottyback with a sailfin blenny but I put the dottyback in 2nd. They completely ignore each other.
