Wife bought me this blenny and she does not remember what it was, I could not find it on line so I figured I would ask here.

Umm sort if looks like a pale midas blenny to me but sort of got looms of some kind of jaw fish ummm
Does it have large dorsal fins but they clinched in and did it have more colour but now lost colour?
Maybe go on live aquaria site and do quick search entering blenny or jawheads .
Btw I know a few of the common names if fish but by no means am I a expert as only 9 months into first tank ^_^
Good luck in finding out what it is.
If dont get an answer from r2r community or on live aquaria site then maybe your wife can ring the lfs and she explains when she came to lfs and try get same lfs employee who sold fish to see if they remember selling to your wife and what fish it actually is ,good luck

It is a zebra barred dart fish.

Not a Blenny. Looks like a Zebra Bar Goby. Hard to say for certain from the photo without having the fins flared.

Little info on zebra barred dart fish.hopefully it this one and I'm not showing a different variation with different requirements but if zoom in on your picture I can now see the bars on the fish so seems to be right link I shared.
Good luck

Zebra gudgeon. Actually not a Blenniiformes but infact a species from the family gobiidae
