Hello there, today i've just scraping a bit slime in my emperor eye. He looks blind in both eyes but swimming normally. Then i saw this slime under 4x magnification and i found a form like-kite, its green colour with longer flagellate than average protozoan. i never seen this phatogen before and i need your help to identificate, so then i decide what medication i should do for my fish. here i attach the picture.

What magnification level was this?

Best,
christoph

PS: is there movement involved? Sure it isnt some sort of fish scale?
