Blind Green Chromis?

I believe that the physiology of fish eyes is similar to humans, in terms of rods, cones, etc.

Perhaps there could be a vitamin deficiency causing some type of retinal dystrophy, or as Jay said some neurological problem in the visual pathway.
Yes - that is neurological, something is wrong in the communication between the fish’s eyes and its brain, in the nerves. Sometimes, fish blindness is caused by eye damage. Then, the eyes would look cloudy, protruding, etc. Fish can also have brain damage that makes them act blind, your fish is swimming in circles .Therefore, I think the nerve connection between the eyes and the brain itself is what is damaged here.
