I don't really know what's wrong with her but she acts blind. She hides in a hole under a rock all day and only really comes out when i feed. She shows interest in the food but she won't eat unless a piece of food happens to touch her nose. She doesn't swim around in the water column, instead she scoots around on the sand. She will occasionally rise to the top of the tank so i know it isn't a swim bladder issue. When she scoots around she will sometimes bump into rock or coral and it looks like it surprises her which leads me to think she may be blind. However, she has no problem finding her burrow. Does anyone have any advice on this?

It's possible she is blind. The behavior your describing is as if she's being guided by smell and not sight. Can you target feed near her burrow opening?

Thats what I've been doing, she's not loosing weight so i assume she's getting some. Her eyes look normal, no spots or cataracts. It has been like this for about a week and a half.

Just wanted to update. She still isn't swimming normal but she is learning to smell her way to the food. She is eating very very well. She also doesn't hide as much. Things are looking up.
