A couple weeks ago I bought a mated Blizzard Clownfish pair. I noticed that the female (I think it’s the female at least) has discoloration on her backside. She eats brine shrimp on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays and pellets on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Sometimes I mix up what I give them on Sundays. She’s in the tank with her mate, two Figi Damsels, and one Yellow-tail Damsel. I don’t know what’s going on, my first thought was maybe it has to do with mating because they have been exhibiting mating behavior but I don’t know. She gets along well with her other tank mates. I have only had her for about two weeks and it seems to have gotten worse. Do you know what is going on? Is something wrong with her?

Some clownfish do change color as the mature. Seems especially noticeable on the white ones.
