My hammer coral has been looking bloated lately and I’m not sure if this is good or bad. Got it as a 1-2 inch frag a month ago and is now around 3.5 inches. It is in the middle of my tank, not sure what the par is. I spot feed it some mushed up frozen mysis once in a while.
Ammonia:0
Nitrite:0
Nitrate: 10
pH: 8.4
Temp: 77-79
ViparSpectra Blackboxes for lights at 40% blues and 20% whites mounted about 8 inches from the water line

I don’t test for trace elements yet bc my tank is new (4 months) and I don’t have many corals.

Is my hammer ok?
