Blobs of goo

Hi,

Found a couple of little boogers (literally?) on my rock this morning. From the center of the video below they're at about 1:00 and 7:00 if you can see past my photobombing fish. Any ideas?

Water is good, everyone seems happy, just want to be sure some kind of alien didn't just hatch in my tank.

It is sponge which is a filter feeder. If you have no coral on that rock, simply flip rock over and reduce feeding amounts for a few weeks. You can also scrub off with a hard toothbrush but a lot of labor
