Blonde naso in qt

is this from scratching? Or was he getting beat up? On the 2nd day in qt he started eating and comes out when i feed. He seems pretty healthy. Would like to know what is that, he also has a dark spot on the other side I couldn’t get him to turn around

Looks like scratch or injury but fish is distant in picture to clearly tell. Need a closer pic of fish. Looks a little thin but again, hard to tell from pic
