Got my Naso 5 days ago and will not eat anything, brine, all colours of seaweed, nothing. Soaked it in garlic, I feel that I have tried everything. He is picking at the rocks but there is not enough algae to sustain him in there for sure.

Set up a veggie trap, 2 clips high and low, banded to the rocks and on the opposite side, also added another one that's not in the picture.

Yes and treated at the LFS, they told me not to treat it due to it being treated recently, they were worried about flukes

He is swimming all over the tank like nothing it wrong playing with my yellow tang, cleaner wrasse haven't really touched him. He is picking at algae all day, half a centimeter beside my algae that I rubber banded to the rock. Occasionally if there is sea weed floating in the water column he will bring it in his mouth then taste it, and spit it out.

I do not believe so, I don't see any signs of ich or velvet. Like is say he is trying to eat what algae he can but won't take to "processed" foods

Did you see him eat before you purchased him at the LFS. Have you tried live black worms?

One of the symptoms of velvet is reduced or complete loss of appetite. And external symptoms like white spots or dust like sheen to the fish may not be evident. Take a real good look at the fish at an "angle" with decent light and observe if there is a slight dusting or discoloration to the surface of the fish. Very difficult to see this on light colored fish: yellow tangs, etc.

His appetite seems to be pretty high, like I say he is picking at the rocks all day constantly. I will look for the dusting tomorrow when the lights come on but he seems pretty clean. Has a few white spots on him but my buddy was saying that they look more like scratches possibly from my yellow tang or just bumping rocks and so on

The white spots are troubling.
Many LFS and suppliers dose their tanks/fish with sub-therapeutic levels of copper to keep down their loses and to keep the fish looking nice to sell them. Then folks buy them and introduce the fish into a tank without the copper and ich/velvet comes roaring back suddenly. The sad fact is that the only "treatment" or "quarantine" you can rely on is your own.
Sometimes tangs will not eat if they have internal parasites. Have you seen any white stringy poop?

Honestly haven't seen any from him. I have been watching the tank very closely over the past 3 days as I have been trying to get him to eat anything other than algae

I just added one, he will not touch any frozen food, but at least he is choking down pellets, Hikari marine a, and seaweed extreme.

Do you have the means to QT him? This will give you an opportunity to get him eating and treat/observe those white marks on him.

I have sprinkled some pellets by him, they just hit him in the head and turn into govt food. Also tried 3 different makes of seaweed
