A fish laying in a container makes it difficult to make a proper assessment and stresses the fish.
May be mucus comes or skin irritation, but this is a known problem fish based on poor quality specimens shipped over a year or more

Hi,
Can anyone advise what these spots are? It doesn't scratch or do much. Was treated with prazipro for 48H then removed to clean QT. Been in QT for 2 weeks now.
Is the fish eating well?
Have you treated it for protozoan issues like ich?
Blonde nasos have really gone downhill in quality in the past few years, I'm not sure why. While these spots are not really a symptom of that, overall these fish just have been doing poorly for people.
