From my quick google not much. Different vendors sometimes give things different names. One may be more purple (fruit loop) vs blondies looked more blue.

There’s a big difference, while they have similar colors, baby blue center, wide yellow base color and half blue half orange skirt are the characteristics of the blondies
as for fruit loops it’s a darker blue with a narrow yellow ring and mostly all orange skirt, there’s no baby blue in it
