I purchased one polyp about a month ago. The blue center has turned almost white. There are 4 new polyps coming out but still just nubs. My question is lighting high or low? Not sure if the white center means is too much on the sandbed 30" below 250 mh. Or if it will turn blue as it gets use to my lights.

I keep mine in lower-medium as well. Blondies are one of my must haves. A great looking polyp!

They are nice, not sure if they are zoas or palys. Just got some rastas i will keep them in low light.

Yes when the centers turn white, they're getting bleached. hide in lower lighting or more of a shaded area.
