Blood Red Fire Shrimp twitching and sitting sideways - help?

He looks dead here but I assure you he isn't.. yet. He hasn't eaten (usually will from my hand) in a few days and yesterday rolled over and started twitching in his favorite hiding place. I thought for sure he would be dead this morning but he's still here. He's fighting like crazy to stay alive and it's pretty heart breaking to watch. Any chance on saving it?

btw I have it separated now to try and give it some comfort and I put a few mysis shrimp in there which it looked like it was desperately trying to eat but couldn't manage to do.
