Now, I primarily keep freshwater. I have quite a few corydoras, which I breed, but my primary food for them is bloodworms. I basically always have them.

Are bloodworms bad for saltwater fish? I had somebody tell me that they probably aren't the greatest for them, as the fish will probably never find it in the wild.

Not really sure what to think. I have fed it a time or two, and the fish seem to like it, but want another opinion.

Feed my fish blood worms a couple times a week been feeding blood worms to Saltwater Fish for many years no issues.

I feed them to my FW guys too. I've tried it with my reef guys, but they don't seem to like it too well. From what I understand, it is not bad for them, but I've been told to use it sparingly because it can raise nitrates significantly. Not personal experience, just what I have been told.
