Blow Pops Zoas

Does anyone have any recommendations on place level, lighting and flow for blow pops zoas? All my other paly's and zoa's are happy. I've moved my blow pops around 3 times now and I can't seem to get them to stay open for more than 2-3 hours per day.

Thoughts?

Did you try to turkey baster it gently and put on sandBed/low light..What are your parameters?

Yes they started in the sand bed about 2 months ago, low light could be questionable. Light setup is dual T5HO 24 watt ATI Blue + and ATI Aqua Blue Special
over a 20 gallon long

Temp 79
Nitrate 5 ppm after 30 mins with API kit
Ammonia 0
Nitrite 0
PH 8.2
ALK 9
Cal 460
Saltinty 1.025
