A while back you kind folks assisted me with our Blue Cespitularia Coral , now I have another question, after recovery the coral developed a bulge that has grown (view in picture), is this normal or does the coral have an issue?

I think he's budding. It'll drop off a chonk to reproduce.

A chonk is what you circled, just a hunk of tissue.

It is simply multiplying. It will send off little jets of tissue and then they will develop poylps too. Mine does this. The ones dangling will break off and float to another area. Just beware in case you do not want it spreading.
