No, that isn’t a bite mark. Is this a new fish to your aquarium? If so, it is probably Uronema, an internal protozoan infection that really isn’t treatable - sorry.

That’s relatively new. It does look like Uronema. The only thing that doesn’t quite line up is that usually, when a fish has a lesion this large, it shows severe symptoms of actively dying.
How long has it had this lesion?

Just noticed it today! And he’s swimming and eating seemingly just fine
