Blue coral?

Can anyone please tell me what this blue coral type stuff is on this piece of live rock I recently bought?

It seems to be in its "baby stage" of new coral development.

If anyone does know what it is, would you be able to let me know how I should go about caring for it.

I have never had coral before, just live rock in a fish only tank, small tomato clown, blue devil, domino, small snowflake eel, and a couple of Mexican turbo snails.

I happen to love whatever it is on this piece of live rock and would do everything in my power to make sure it survives.

I have a 30 gal tank with a fluval sea marine & reef led light, Fluval 306 canister filter, a professional quality heater, and a pretty basic circulation pump (I call an aquarium "fan").

I would greatly appreciate any advice. Thanks!

looks like sympodium to me.

Saltwater Aquarium Corals for Marine Reef Aquariums: Blue Sympodium Polyp, Sympodium sp. here is a link explaining more about them and their care. I have one in my tank and seems fairly easy to care for to me.
