Blue Damsel recovered from freezing water?

So, I ordered a damsel from online retailer and received it at work around noon, they didn't package it well, the head pads were cold and most important water in bag was icy cold, fish was pale and not moving, i tried to move it, touch it, fish was 100% dead I assumed. Other inverts in bag were also dead in freezing cold water.

But nothing is 100% in life I guess?

For some reason I didn't throw the bag in trash yet and around 4pm I took the bag and I saw a fish moving a little bit.

I guess the poor thing recovered since the water temperatures increased a little bit.

What should I do with it now? Should I acclimate small bag in tank, in that way temperature will increase very fast. Should I dip acclimate it?

Should I place it in QT tank?

Is there any chance she recovers fully and recovers her colors?

If she survive, I'm calling her zombie.

Float the bag, and drip acclimate. Good luck, and keep us posted.

I would acclimate as normal. Float the bag 15-20 minutes and then I’d place in an observation/QT tank (if one is available). They are remarkably hardy fish.

Fish is in the QT now. Fish is breathing but not moving.

Coloration is back.

It's possible that the fish recovers gradually, fish that are exposed to lower temperatures gradually become stressed, and in the same way must return to their usual temperature, generally when the fish get too "cold" they tend not to move, have a little patience and it will undoubtedly help you to have placed an aerating stone, what size is your qt tank?

4 gallons. I will do daily water changes.

FIsh is still lying on bottom, next to the heater and air stone. Breathing and moving fins.

As you can see on video I was 100% sure poor thing was dead.
