blue devil white stripes

i have a blue devil that seems to have developed white stripes. immediately i thought it could have been ammonia spike but all other fish seem OK. im treating the tank with coppersafe around 2.0.

possible he tried to squeeze through some rocks and injured himself?

Bump. No other fish affected. Stripe is on both sides. She is eating and acting normal.
