This is a video of my baby blue elbow I got as a hitchhiker in a nassarisus snail order. It ate 2 of the snails during shipment. Initially I was pretty upset and posted it in the hitchhiker boards for an ID. Currently pretty happy as it constantly scrubs my sand bed. It is not hunting down any snails and is quite shy (1/4" in size).
Found on the shores of Singapore, and I'm assuming not very common as its not sold commercially. We shall see how it goes but for now...
