I got a blue eyed Lithophyllon chalice from tidal gardens on Saturday. He has been in a frag rack about an inch off of the sand bed since. The other corals i received look happy. I do not think he does. My normal lighting at peak time is between 100-150 par where he is. The day I put him in there it was lights out for 4 or 5 hours. And I had my lights set to a 64% acclimation mode for 3 days. My alk is 8.7, cal 410, mag 1300, po4 .04, NO3 8

what are you seeing as the problem? When I frag chalices I usually let them sit for a minimum of 2 weeks as for me they go through a phase where on the edge I cut they loose some tissue but bounce back better then ever.

It looks so deflated, and it's not sticking it's tentacles out. I didn't know if Chalice's take longer to set in or if something was wrong.

try feeding it and see if it feeds. Should look like a web of food if it feeds like below. This was a brand new chalice btw
