Blue eyed tang being a bully

So I introduced a young blue eyed tang and a yellow headed goby into my 90 gallon tank 2 weeks ago. They are doing great but the blue eyed tang has turned into an extreme bully with the goby. He tries to keep him from eating and won’t let him come out. If he comes out he chases him right back into his burrow. Any ideas? I’m about to yank the tang out. My blue hippo and butterfly don’t care one bit about the hobby.
