Blue Green Chromis - Is he OK?

I wanted to get an opinion on this. I haven't had any of this fish before and my results from search and research are all over the place. Any good/serious feedback on this would be appreciated.

I'm going to leave his guy in QT for a month or more, but I'm not sure if I ever should put him into the display at this point.

I got this guy from my local store a little over 2 weeks ago. He has dark spots on both sides which developed after I got him into QT. (this is the part I'm concerned with)

He had a missing scale when I got him, which has healed back.

He's all by himself. Eats well. Super active and friendly. I feed him a few times a day with the same mixed diet I feed my display. (frozen food + pellets)

The dark spots aren't getting worse anymore, but I'm not sure if they are getting any better. I'll have to take a few photos over time I think to compare.

No medication, just high nutrition and low or barely-detectable nitrates/phosphates.

They don't show up as well in the video, so take the darkness and multiply by 2x to get an idea of what's going on.

in chromis ureonema is always a possibility - unfortunately - cant tell if this is normal or not - BUT dark spots on chromic in the face of normal behavior, feeding - is normal.

I thought maybe ureonema at first, but he's been this way for a couple weeks now, and most have said that ureonema kills in days. So him not getting any worse after a week, I was scratching my head and googling.

It doesn’t look like Uronema to me.
Have you treated it for flukes?

Update:

No treatments, good quality water + high nutrition for 2.5 months, monitoring daily.

Discoloration faded over time.

He's in the main display tank now, doing well, and everyone is happy. Sorry my display is super blue.

This little guy got MUCH bigger and is still doing well! My girlfriend named him Humming Bird, but calls him HB for short.

Yeah, nutrition and water quality did a lot of the heavy lifting.
