Blue hippo tang big spot

I have this tang for 5 years and he is very active and seem healthy. He have this spot for like 6 months and I cant find what he have. Can it just be a burn spot from the heather ?

Can someone tell me what it is ?

hi has it spread or gotten worse over the 5 months? i see 2 spots,and something going on in the face ? as stated above,you came to the right place best wishes,

Yes he got 2 spots but nothing look bad on his face. Maby its the freckles he have ? But i pet him while feeding him today and it didnt feel different.
