Blue hippo tang in 75 gal

I was thinking of picking up a blue hippo tang for 75 gallon. I see minimum tank size recommended is 70. But I also read they'll get too big for it. Should I?

Also have concerns it won't get along with coral beauty and 6 line wrasse.
