In the video, the tang is breathing fast and I saw it flash/scratch. That, combined with a tattered appearance points to flukes. I can’t say 100% that it is flukes, but that all aligns with that diagnosis.
Skip the melafix, that’s just a tonic and won’t help against flukes. Prazipro is effective, dosed 8 days apart, with good aeration.
