Blue hippo tang with pimple cyst?

Basically trying to figure out what this could possibly be and how to treat it. Never seen it before. The tang has been through 30 days of copper power ~2.06, and was treated with Gc for flukes, metro, and spectrogram. Was pulled from qt to go to DT's sump that has some rock rubble in it. It is not ich, velvet, uronema, or flukes for sure. How should I treat this: ABX like kanamycin or metro in food? Just want some thoughts and possibly what this is. Thanks

Is it the red spot behind the pectoral fin? That looks like an injury or possible infection
