blue hippo tang with warts??

I have had my blue hippo tang for six months and has shown no signs of disease It been healthy and eating great recently I’ve seen warts under its skin but he is still eating fine and behaving normally I don’t know what it could be

Cannot see a problem except a dark area - no idea what it is. unfortunately.

Are there mosquitos in your tank? LOL. sorry just kidding. we need more information. Many things can cause 'bumps' on tangs.

he likes to hide in a tight cave and when he gets scared he swims crazy to it so maybe he hurt himself there
