Blue Hippo tang

So I have A blue hippo tang and tomato clown as well as bi color angel fish well my tomato clown and Bi color was in tank before I got the tang month latter the blue hippo tang is trying to take the clowns spot where the anoeme is so they not hurting each other they blocking each other from getting in but the clown ain’t budging cause anyone any ideas what to do plenty of room yes tank is cloudy cause they both kicking up tad bit sand every now and again water levels parameters in check heres small video doing this last couple hours only started today

Yea that’s what I thought there’s a rose colored anoeme in right that area but now what’s strange my hippo tang and the clown in day time on end of tank with hippo tang standing up looking down on the clown or side by side in bottom in evening they do what the video shows and in am they are together in that space I wonder if I shouid get another anoeme so clown will move and be comfortable
