Long term quality water parameters along with good feeding with a diverse diet that includes lots of Nori. It can heal up. It will take time.

Did you buy it like this or did it develop while you have had it?

The name of the disease is HLLE. If you type HLLE into the search bar you will get lots of threads about it. I'm not an expert but fish do survive it often but you need really clean water and to keep them really well fed from what I remember. Goodluck. @Jay Hemdal should be able to shed some light.

bought it like this , i preordered that blue tang from my lfs and when it arrived there i told him to keep it in the store for 12 days before i purchase it and throughout the 10 days it got the hole and ick i bought it at a bery low price but it was eating when i got it and still is problem is i had him now for 10 days and i put everday alage sheets but he wont even touch it or come near it i placed on on a small live rock tied with a rubber band and one on a alage clip hes still in qt

Make sure to avoid lignite carbon (and carbon dust in general from grinding or not being rinse properly or packed tightly). Personally, I also like to add brightwellss amino omega 3/6 hufa food additive to food when it comes to HLLE (which if this is that, I would do)

I don't worry about feeding blue tangs nori. As juveniles, they are more "plankton pickers". Is this fish eating meaty seafoods and/or pellets ok?

Here is a link to my article on HLLE:
