So, she is still the same with no exterior marks. If she does have velvet, what is the best way to treat in existing tank?

There's no way to treat while still in the tank unless you want to run copper or CP in it. It will be difficult to keep the levels correct the whole time, and difficult to get the copper back out again after. it's possible... but not easy.
