Nope he just looks happy& hungry; They eat a ton. Mine eats 4 cubes of mysis a day by himself.

The tank looks new. How long have you had the tank set up and how long have you had the blue throat?

Well just over 2 months but seem like emperor angel dominates my tank and force him no soace to swim that why he keep doing that at the corner

Looks like a stressed fish, perhaps also territorial. 2 months is pretty new but based on tank appearance it looks a couple weeks old, which could be part of the stress.

If you don’t quarantine, it’s entirely possible, even likely that you’re dealing with parasites as well. However, that’s not likely the primary cause of the behavior you have posted.

My male blue throat was swimming against one side similar to yours. Also, he would circle the power head on that side of the sump repeatedly. But he only did that for the first couple of weeks in the tank. I think it was just him becoming acclimated to this particular tank. I've had other fish swim against the glass for a short period of time when they were newly introduced as well.

That's why I asked how long you have had him.

Should I pull him out for QT and treat him or just observation?

IMO all fish should be treated prophylactically with the disease state of affairs as bad as it is in the hobby right now but some disagree with me.
