I'm considering getting a pair of blue jaw triggers. In a recent thread on animals you regret getting, two people regretted getting BJT. One person thought they were boring.

I'd very much appreciate feedback from owners of BJT.

I just moved one out of QT about 6 weeks ago. I really like him. He swims in the current all day except when I feed. Doesn't bother anything.

I have a male that has been good just swims around a lot. I have had him for almost a year maybe. and then got him a girlfriend they are pretty relaxed they love to eat like little pigs. I will feed them sometimes with my hand. I enjoy them

Absolutely loved mine. Had a male for 4yrs that was my wife and I’s favorite fish. Constant movement, very little(if any) aggression, most dog-like fish I’ve owned. Lost him due to adding a powder blue tang that became super aggressive and would physically attack the blue jaw. Ended up cutting his eye really bad with his spine and I couldn’t catch either one to try and save him. Definitely would have another in my reef.

I love mine. Took him a little while to settle in but now he is out swimming all the time. So far he has been great.

I love mine too, the most active fish in my tank, most personality, cool colors not often in our tanks. Idk what that person was talking about, they are the opposite of boring.

What size tanks do you guys keep these in
